Mica
Lemiski is an up an coming singer-songwriter from Vernon, BC. She
has been singing for almost her whole life as well as been playing
piano since she was 8 years old. She has been a top ten finalist in
'Our Kids Have Talent' for the past two years and also won 3rd place
in this past summer's IPE Youth Talent Competition. Mica has also been
involved in a number of musicals with Vernon's 'Lights of Broadway'
program. These musicals include this year's upcoming production of
'The Sound of Music,' last year's Joseph and the Amazing Colored Dreamcoat,'
and 2008's 'Peter Pan'. She has been writing songs since elementary
school and is currently working towards recording a CD of self-compositions.
Mica has also been successful in various music festivals in the Okanagan,
where she has been presented with a number of awards for classical
voice and piano. She is an active performer in the community and enjoys
sharing her music at various senior's homes. Mica is currently a student
at Fulton Secondary School and is in grade 12. To hear more of Mica's
