ALEXIS LEIBEL

I am 15 years old and in Grade 10. I have always sang but only realized I could sing when I auditioned for a production in 'Annie'; I was cast as a one of the main orphans in the play which required me to do solo performances which I loved. This led me to take vocal lessons which I did with BettyAnne Northup of Vernon Recording and did so for 3 years - from there I went into learning the guitar where I'm taking lessons at the Music Shoppe. I have also been involved with a few high school plays. I have been cast and played in many productions and lead roles school plays like 'The Wild-flowering of Chastity', 'Check Please', 'The Apple Tree', 'The Dining Room', which I really enjoy and hope to make a career in acting and singing. My favorite genre of music are 'Country' and 'Broadway'. Beyond acting and singing my other interests are hanging out with my friends and exploring the beautiful places in the Okanagan.
